We accept cancellations for non-custom orders within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for returns and exchanges, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Therefore your product must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
Returns may be refused if the item does not meet the above requirements.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns that you send directly back without first checking with us.
In case of logistics problems (damaged or incorrect goods received) and quality problems are covered by the after-sales warranty, please contact us immediately and send us a clear product picture of the defective item. We will assist you in replacing or crediting damaged items.
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and we refund the cost of the product itself
Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items that have passed this 30-day refund policy period.
1. Please contact FastSinyo customer service to initiate a return. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please explain the reason for the return and provide the order number, invoice or screenshot to confirm the order.
2. We will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. Put the item in its original packaging. Please ensure that the packaging is intact and the product has not been opened, so as not to affect secondary sales.
4. Hand over the package to the carrier. After returning the package to us, please be sure to send a return notice to FastSinyo, provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse and your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a delivery notification. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment, usually within 3 - 5 business days.
Delayed Or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
We offer a full one-year warranty from the date of purchase or within 14 days of item delivery.
